Cancellation Policy

If your cancellation is received at least 72 hours before your arrival date/time, your card will only be charged a $40.00 cancellation processing fee. If no cancellation is received or your cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to your reservations arrival time(4:00pm), your card will be charged the $40 cancellation fee plus the outstanding balance over and above your deposit for the room(s) and the night(s) reserved, unless we are able to re-rent the room(s). A cancellation will only be recognized and honored by speaking directly with the Innkeeper.
